This project is a 20-year-old house located in Ximending, Taipei, with a total area of 13 Ping and a ceiling height of 4 meters.
After a full renovation, it has been successfully transformed into a cozy studio apartment with one bedroom, one living room, and one bathroom. Both floors are fully functional, making optimal use of the space to create a home environment that blends practicality with aesthetic appeal.
Design Focus
- Style Choice: The main color palette is in milk tea tones, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
- Wall Material: Artistic paint is used to enhance the texture and detailed beauty of the space.
- Cabinet Design: KD wood cabinets are utilized, meeting everyday storage needs while ensuring both beauty and durability.
- Flooring: SPC wood flooring is chosen, showcasing natural textures and offering high durability.
Renovation Cost:⠀The total renovation cost for this project is approximately 2 million TWD, covering design, construction, and materials, with an efficient budget to rejuvenate the old house.
